Orders & payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at info@myserum.us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships. Once an order has shipped it cannot be modified or cancelled.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this amount.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are in US Dollars and do not include import duties or customs fees. International customers may be subject to additional charges determined by their local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us at info@myserum.us and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at info@myserum.us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologise if this has happened. Please email us at info@myserum.us with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and approving your return. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the credit.
Product questions
Is the balm suitable for all skin types?
Yes. The PDRN Pink Collagen Multi Balm Stick is fragrance-free and formulated to be gentle enough for all skin types including sensitive skin. If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients, please review the full ingredient list before use.
How do I use the balm stick?
Twist the base to dispense product and apply directly to clean skin. Blend gently with fingertips. Use in the morning as a primer and brightener, or in the evening as a treatment. For best results, use twice daily consistently for at least 4 weeks.
