When does my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days of being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order in real time.
How long will delivery take?

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods such as holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also use the Order Lookup feature on our website at any time.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@myserum.us.
Will I be charged customs fees?
All prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars and do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees. International customers may be subject to additional charges upon delivery, determined by their local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled or collected by MySerum. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@myserum.us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly β including a replacement or full refund if necessary.
